Max of two small breed or one large breed. Animals are to be kenneled or with guests when they leave and not allowed on furniture. Please pick up after your pet.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
House Rules
You MUST advise about bringing pets. NO pets allowed on ANY furniture and dog poop must be cleaned up from the yard before check out.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you will receive 50% refund.
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% refund.
If you cancel after that, there is no refund.
Winter guests (Jan 1 - March 31) must cancel within 60 days of check in for a full refund.
