IF THERE IS A POOL VACUUM: IF YOU WANT TO REMOVE IT WHILE YOU SWIM, You MUST DISCONNECT the hose from the SIDE of the pool and then remove the vacuum and hose from the pool. Otherwise, it will suck air and damage the pump which you will be responsible for any damage. It's one way to ruin a great vacation. PLEASE return vacuum to pool and plug in the side when you're not using the pool.

IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE WITH THE POOL PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PROPERTY COORDINATOR.
Trying to turn it on yourself or TAMPERING WITH THE EQUIPMENT WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $250 CHARGE.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
House Rules
No pets allowed or you will be asked to leave premises. This includes emotional support dogs as they are not recognized by the ADA. You MUST advise if you are bringing a Certified Service Dog. Must be a minimum of 28 years old to rent. POOL There is a separate fee to have the pool heated. If you would like to use the pool heat, please advise when you make your reservation in order for us to schedule due to the time it takes to heat. The fee varies depending on the season and how long you intend to use it for. We require a deposit and we will deduct the usage. There's a fee of $250 if equipment is tampered with or you attempt to use without prior approval.

Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking AND the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in

If you cancel more than 14 days check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you will receive 50% refund.

Anything less than 14 days before check in is non refundable.

Winter guests (Jan 1 - March 31) must cancel within 60 days of check in for a full refund.
