CHECK IN IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. CHECK OUT IS 11AM.

PLEASE REVIEW CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS IN THE VISITORS GUIDE.

The property has a coded front door and your entry code is 8100. Enter the code to unlock. To lock, press the checkmark icon. PLEASE NOTE: Our keypads are coded for entry at or after 4pm so please plan accordingly.

IF THERE'S A POOL VACUUM: IF YOU WANT TO REMOVE IT WHILE YOU SWIM, You MUST DISCONNECT the hose from the SIDE of the pool and then remove the vacuum and hose from the pool. Otherwise, it will suck air and damage the pump which you will be responsible for any damage. It's one way to ruin a great vacation. PLEASE return vacuum to pool and plug in the side when you're not using the pool.

IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE WITH THE POOL PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PROPERTY COORDINATOR.
TRYING TO turn it on yourself or TAMPERING WITH THE EQUIPMENT WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $250 CHARGE.

Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you will receive 50% refund.
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% refund.
If you cancel after that, there is no refund.
Winter guests (Jan 1 - March 31) must cancel within 60 days of check in for a full refund.
