The property has a coded front door and your entry code is 8100. Enter the code to unlock. To lock, press the word “Schlage”. PLEASE NOTE: Our keypads are coded for entry at or after 4pm so please plan accordingly.

House Rules
MUST contact us first about bringing pets! Must keep pets off of all furniture and clean up dog poop in the yard before checking out.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
$150 fee for pets (max. 2) dogs only
Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you will receive 50% refund.
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% refund.
If you cancel after that, there is no refund.
Winter guests (Jan 1 - March 31) must cancel within 60 days of check in for a full refund.
