Your trip to Lake Havasu is approaching fast !! Please be advised that the property you reserved 3389 LANDAU LN. Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406 will be ready for your arrival.

CHECK IN IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. CHECK OUT IS 11AM.

The property has a coded front door and your entry code is 2002. Enter the code to unlock. To lock, press the word “Schlage”. PLEASE NOTE: Our keypads are coded for entry at or after 4pm so please plan accordingly.

THE POOL VACUUM: IF YOU WANT TO REMOVE IT WHILE YOU SWIM, You MUST DISCONNECT the hose from the SIDE of the pool and then remove the vacuum and hose from the pool. Otherwise, it will suck air and damage the pump which you will be responsible for any damage. It's one way to ruin a great vacation. PLEASE return vacuum to pool and plug in the side when you're not using the pool.

The pool equipment is monitored and controlled remotely. IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE WITH THE POOL PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PROPERTY COORDINATOR.
TRYING TO turn it on yourself or TAMPERING WITH THE EQUIPMENT WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM $250 CHARGE.
